Sansiri Public Company Limited receives third Best Developer title as established and emerging companies from Bangkok to Phuket showcase diverse projects.
PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today announced the winners of the 19th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. The event was presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and supported by SEN X Group and V-ZUG Thailand.
The long-running real estate awards programme, in collaboration with Thailand’s leading property portals, DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com, celebrated the kingdom’s best real estate at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. Winners across nearly 70 categories were selected through a rigorous evaluation process, combining insights from industry experts as well as consumers.
Sansiri Public Company Limited reclaimed the coveted Best Developer award, a title it previously won in 2021 and 2013. Sansiri also took home the Best Developer (Phuket) award, along with several accolades for outstanding projects across Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Hua Hin, including mekin Haus, Narasiri Phahol-Watcharapol, and The Standard Residences, Hua Hin.
BuGaan Pattanakarn by Sansiri Public Company Limited received the prestigious Best Housing Development (Thailand) title, along with the Best Ultra Luxury Boutique Housing Development (Bangkok), Best Ultra Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok), and Best Ultra Luxury Housing Interior Design (Bangkok) awards.
The 2024 awards spotlighted the regional strength and growing impact of developers beyond Bangkok. Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited was distinguished as Best Condo Developer (Phuket) while Villa Carte Group won Best Breakthrough Developer (Phuket). Yadalong Property and Ess Developments were named Best Boutique Developer (Phuket) and Best Boutique Developer (Eastern Seaboard), respectively.
Singha Estate Public Company Limited was another multi-awarded developer this year, with The Extro Phayathai-Rangnam winning Best Condo Development (Thailand), in addition to being recognised as Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok) and Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok).
Award-winning projects in the luxury categories this year included Cinq Royal Krungthep Kreetha by Asset Five Group PCL; Jaytiya Heritage Collection by Jaytiya Property Company Limited; Kiara Reserve by Minor International and Kajima; One Residence: Lakeside by Redwood Luxury; Naturale Phuket Luxury Pool Villa by AAG Development Co., Ltd.; Sudara by Princess Villa Ltd. and Lan Kwai Fong Group; The Richest Valley by Sukpaisarn Mahanakorn Co., Ltd.; The Title Heritage Bang-Tao, The Title Legendary Bang-Tao, and The Title Serenity Naiyang by Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited; Villa Solana by Villa Solana; and Zensiri Midtown Villas by Ess Developments.
Sustainability was another defining theme at this year’s awards. King Square Development Co., Ltd. received multiple honours, including the inaugural Sustainable Design Award, while its KingSquare project won Best Green Development and Best Mixed Use Community Development. Gardens Of Eden by Amal Group of Companies won Best Nature Integrated Development and Best Condo Architectural Design (Phuket).
Developers promoting health and wellness also gained distinctions, with exemplary projects from AAG Development Co., Ltd.; Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited; and Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited.
Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, chairman of the executive committee and group chief executive officer of WHA Corporation PCL, was recognised as the Real Estate Personality of the Year for driving the industrial, logistics, and energy sectors to new heights, both in Thailand and abroad.
This year’s ceremony marked the debut of the People’s Choice Awards, honouring the country’s Top 10 Developers as voted by consumers. The first-ever recipients were AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited; Central Pattana Residence Co., Ltd.; Land and Houses Public Company Limited; L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited; Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited; Major Development; Property Perfect Pcl.; Sansiri Public Company Limited; Siam Piwat Company Limited; and Singha Estate Public Company Limited.
