The Malaysia Property Award, the most sought-after award in the property development industry was organised by the Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers (FIABCI).

The star-studded awards presentation cum gala dinner was held at One World Hotel and was graced by Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Seri Setia (Dr) Hj Mohd Ali Mohd Rustam. The event saw the attendance of prominent developers in the country who came together to celebrate deserving individuals and companies in the property development industry. This year’s event featured 12 categories, with a total of 16 awards presented including two individual awards.

The winners were selected by a distinguished panel of jury and independent judges who have expertise and experience in the property industry. Among the distinguished guests who attended the event were Datuk Sr Firdaus bin Musa, FIABCI Malaysia President and Dr Yu Kee Su, organising Chairman of Malaysia Property Award.
