Overlooking Victoria Harbour, chapter provides a serene sanctuary for Central professionals and mall dwellers to escape the daily hustle. The venue, encompassing the Dining Hall, Bar Corner, and Bakery Counter, is adorned with soothing colours and natural materials, creating a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.

The Bakery Counter, the heart of chapter, offers a wide array of freshly baked pastries, artisanal sandwiches, and healthy salads. From 7:30 am, diners can enjoy a delectable breakfast accompanied by freshly brewed coffee or an assortment of teas. Choose from invigorating meals ranging from homemade pastries and puff sandwiches (from HK$24) to the House Granola Parfait (HK$138) and the comprehensive chapter Breakfast (HK$158).

Recognising the value of a midday respite, chapter offers an enticing Tea experience from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Guests can unwind with a cup of tea accompanied by an assortment of sweet and savoury treats, such as the signature crispy Pistachio Mille Feuille (HK$138) or Handmade Burnt Cheesecake served with chapter Gelato (HK$88).
