Instead, he entered the workforce, starting with local jobs in his hometown. His first job as an insurance agent became a pivotal chapter in his life, equipping him with essential skills in marketing, communication and self-presentation. Driven by his ambition, Nazeri quickly rose to the position of manager, mastering the art of leadership and team management.
However, he soon realised that he yearned for more. “I craved for something bigger and couldn’t see myself doing this for another 20 years,” he explains. Taking a leap of faith, he left his stable job to explore uncharted territory, facing financial hardships in the process. Despite the challenges, his strong networking skills and determination allowed him to gradually build a foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.
Nazeri’s entrepreneurial spirit was fueled by his love for challenges and his belief in continuous learning. He emphasises the importance of kindness in building trust and successful relationships. “Trust can be built if people are kind to one another,” he says. Entering the import-export industry proved to be a demanding yet rewarding phase of his career. It taught him resilience, confidence and the value of persistence. After gaining invaluable experience, Nazeri took a bold step by launching RF3 World, a company specialising in cosmetics and health products. His first products, Firmax3 and O2Max3, showcased his commitment to innovation by utilising advanced nanotechnology. This breakthrough allowed the products to deliver fast and effective results, such as anti-aging and skin-brightening benefits, thanks to premium ingredients like apple stem cells, hydrolysed soy protein and vitamin A palmitate.
Nazeri’s dedication to quality and thorough research paid off as RF3 World quickly gained recognition in the market. Within its first year, the company achieved an impressive milestone of recruiting 380 stockists. Beyond financial success, Nazeri created opportunities for others to earn a livelihood, staying true to his belief that “As a leader, I’ve always wanted to help people succeed.”
Before expanding globally, Nazeri focused on establishing RF3 World’s reputation in Malaysia. He believed that consumer trust and satisfaction were essential to building a strong foundation. “With this approach, we ventured into the Thai market, marking our first international expansion. Despite initial challenges, RF3 World gained 500 stockists within two years, thanks to the positive feedback of satisfied customers,” says Nazeri.
Encouraged by this success, Nazeri led the company into other Asian markets, including Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as further afield to Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. RF3 World now boasts over five companies in each of these countries and has expanded its presence across Asia, Africa and America.
Under Nazeri’s leadership, RF3 World has not only flourished but has also diversified into new ventures. “The company now operates as a group, including RF3 Development Sdn Bhd, RF3 Petroleum Sdn Bhd, RF3 Entertainment Sdn Bhd, and RF3 Agriculture Sdn Bhd,” says Nazeri. This strategic diversification reflects Nazeri’s vision of creating a sustainable and multifaceted enterprise that addresses diverse market needs.
Nazeri’s approach to leadership is hands-on and rooted in excellence. He remains actively involved in every aspect of RF3 World’s operations, ensuring that the company maintains its high standards. “I believe with good leadership comes a strong foundation,” he shares. However, this level of commitment often comes at a personal cost, as he dedicates more time to his business than to his family. Nevertheless, his sacrifices have been instrumental in establishing RF3 World as a trusted name in over 80 cities worldwide.
Today, RF3 World operates 12 main branches across Malaysia and continues to expand its global footprint.
