These emerging names are earning attention through beautiful music, memorable performances and impressive milestones. Some have risen through prestigious competitions, while others have built their careers through original releases, songwriting, collaborations and streaming success. In this issue, Top 10 of Asia presents its list of the top 10 of Indonesia’s most promising emerging young singers (arranged in no particular order), celebrating the distinctive artistry, inspiring journeys and growing achievements of these talented individuals who are poised to make a lasting impact on Indonesia’s music scene and beyond.
Jugo Djarot
Jugo Djarot is a fast-rising Indonesian singer, songwriter and producer whose music is rooted in the nostalgic sound of Indonesian pop while drawing from a wide range of influences, from 60s psychedelic pop to Spaghetti Western soundtracks, soul, orchestral compositions and synth-driven music. His solo catalogue began with singles such as Dinner for Two and Busana in 2019. Before continuing his solo work, Jugo contributed as a songwriter, producer and vocalist to music by various Indonesian artists. His solo work continued with ALTAR, a six-track mini album released in 2025. Jugo treats his vocals as another instrument, allowing them to serve the song rather than overwhelm it, ranging from soulful falsettos to intimate deliveries. Lyrically, his approach to songwriting is somewhat cinematic, considering the bigger picture of a composition before shaping lyrics around its emotional progression. Jugo aims to embrace unpredictability in his music, allowing himself to be surprised by where each song takes him.
Amanda Caesa
Amanda Caesa is an Indonesian singer, songwriter, musician, actress and television personality who discovered her passion for music from a young age, Amanda has continued to develop her voice as an artist while exploring different forms of creative expression beyond music. Amanda officially introduced herself as a recording artist in 2019 with her debut single, Even If You Aren’t There for Me. The release marked the beginning of her journey as a recording artist and was followed by a series of songs that showcased her evolving musical direction, including Half a Soul, Why Can’t We, Don’t Play, Trouble and Lagi Lagi Kamu. Her growing potential as an emerging artist was further recognised in 2026 when Amanda was selected as one of the artists featured in Spotify RADAR Indonesia 2026, a programme that spotlights emerging artists and introduce their music to new audiences. The selection places her among a new generation of Indonesian artists gaining greater visibility both locally and internationally.
Raissa Ramadhani
Raissa Ramadhani is one of Indonesia’s emerging young pop singers who began her professional music journey with Sony Music Indonesia in 2022, introducing herself through her debut single “Berpisah Lebih Indah”. The song quickly gained attention, entering Spotify’s Viral 50 Indonesia and surpassing one million streams. She continued to grow her audience through releases such as “Perlahan Lepaskanmu”, “Seribu Pelukan”, “Tak Bisa Gantikannya” and “Rindu Yang Menyiksa.” “Seribu Pelukan” also reached Spotify’s Viral 50 Indonesia and surpassed one million streams. In 2024, she performed the theme song for Djarum Coklat’s advertising campaign, while also appearing as one of the talents in its visual campaign. Another important milestone came when Raissa was entrusted to perform “LAURA”, the original soundtrack for the MD Pictures film LAURA. Beyond performing, Raissa has also become increasingly involved in the creative process, including contributing to the lyrics of “Tak Bisa Gantikannya”. Shabrina Leanor
Shabrina Leonita, better known as Shabrina Leanor, is a young singer from Bangka Belitung, Indonesia. Her powerful vocals and ability to interpret songs with depth led her to win Indonesian Idol Season 12 in 2025. From a young age, she actively participated in singing competitions and events before establishing herself as a well-known wedding singer. She has received numerous awards throughout her career, including the Dayang Berbakat Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung in 2016, 1st Place at the National-Level FLS2N for High School Students and I-Sing Indonesia Goes to France in 2017, 2nd Place at Voice of DAAI TV, 1st place in the National-Level Bintang Radio Women’s Category in 2018 and 1st place at the Karaoke World Championship (KWC) in Finland in 2021. Her achievements continued following her Indonesian Idol victory. She was recognised in the Cultural Breakthrough Leader of the Year category at the HighEnd Editor’s Tribute 2025 and received the Best Indonesian Pop Female Singer in 2025 award from Milenials Radio in 2026.

His track “Damaikan Dunia” has amassed more than 3.5 million Spotify streams, while “Decide” further cemented his growing influence with over 1.5 million streams. Never one to slow down, A.
